“Never underestimate your ability to change. You’re not the same person you were even one second ago.” • Eleanor
We're inviting you to be part of a small online circle of women who gather for a series of heartfelt conversations about change and growth at every age. If you attended the Virtual Vision Board Party on Zoom December 30, you know we talked about starting a discussion circle on topics of interest to women embracing change. This will be our first. Whether or not you attended the party, you're welcome to join us. As our touchstone, we’ll use the book “Who Am I…Now That I’m Not Who I Was?” by Connie Goldman. The book is a collection of personal stories about women in midlife and the years beyond that touches on their fears, accomplishments, doubts, growth, losses, and learning. But we'll go beyond the stories in the book to tell our own stories. During each session as a group, we’ll read a passage from the book, journal our thoughts, and then share our reflections in a discussion as they pertain to our individual journey across uncharted territory. NOTE: What this group is: Action-oriented through self-discovery, inspiration, encouragement and mutual support. What this group is not: Therapy, psychoanalysis or counseling.
Here's a chance to talk with kindred spirits about the things that really matter to you during this stage of life. We'll share our dreams, goals and visions. No matter what age you are, you're still growing, you're still learning, and you're still changing. Let's support one another and cheer each other on. |
